Facade access systems with additional load hooks can be used to carry out major maintenance work in addition to cleaning and simple maintenance work with a facade lift. This option ensures that facade elements can be replaced. The cantilevered platform is suitable for reaching facade areas under roof overhangs. Due to the suspension offset from the transverse or longitudinal axis of the platform, a platform section can be "pushed" under the overhang by positioning the boom.
For larger roof overhangs or generally where a cantilevered platform is not sufficient, a horizontally pivoting platform can be used. Architects' wishes or regulations from authorities sometimes require that the system takes up a very low parking position when not in use or that it even has to be completely retractable into the roof. These requirements can be met with a lifting table.
